That the Giants won the superbowl last night. The Patriots suck it up so it’s all good. I thought it was a great game, which is hard for me to really admit with two teams that aren’t my team. I generally don’t get that involved in the games if  it’s not the Colts playing. This year I’ve appreciated it more and more just the whole football thing. I can smell a good game when I see one. Did that make sense? Anyway today was very cold, I wish I were in Disneyland or wherever Eli Manning got to go!

Surprisingly I’m in the same mood I was yesterday. So I feel like complete and total doggie doo, but I’ll be getting some major stuff done today. Yay for me. You know it’s December 13th and my tree is still up. I have no excuse other than just not having the energy to do it. I’ve started it last night though.

Kevin left at 9:00am this morning. I think I’ll call him and tell him to take video of something just so I can play around with putting video online. I’ve never really done that. I’m thinking crazed Colts fans during our first playoff game of the season compounded with the last game that will ever be played in the RCA Dome could be mighty interesting. As always there are some characters in that crowd, painted blue fathers and children, very colorful home-made outfits, drunkards,  etc.

Kevin’s idea of exciting though is like Peyton/Marvin warming up or something. I can’t say much, I used to watch EJ warm up from start to finish, it’s pretty entertaining to watch them on the field before the game. As for me? I’m not sure I’ll even watch the game. It will be on, but I’ll likely be wrapped up in something else.

I wanted to buy Kevin a new watch for Christmas. Sure, he just purchased a new watch that has his favorite football team and Super Bowl winners on it, but he still needs one of other occasions. He can wear that with team gear, he also needs something to wear daily. A
Technomarine watch would be great for his everyday use and I really like the look of them too.

And as exciting as that is, it’s still not as exciting as reading Christine’s chat logs. Wow, I’ve got talents that I never knew I had. I’ve done things that I’d never dream of doing to hurt an imaginary life. What do I know though? I’m just really jealous because this girl has a lot of money and is well off. You know, so well off she lives in a pig pen of a home and can’t afford to get her computer gadgets fixed so she can upload things. She also is so well off she can’t afford to sue anyone that she claims some pretty disgusting harassment against.

My only thoughts on all of this is that you did in no way spent 4 years studying psychology but you may have spent 4 years being studied.

My tooth broke, I have to go to the dentist tomorrow. The girl who was helping me on the phone transfered me to someone who was less than stupid. Before that all happened I had wrapped up all the presents and thought we’d get them under the tree. Then I started to lose my motivation.

I turned on the tv and saw a live snippet of the Sean Taylor funeral. I’m going to be honest with you when I tell you that other than he played for the Redskins and went to THE U I don’t know anything about the man. He may or may not have had an ordinary lifestyle that fit his age, and some people may not have liked him. What I know is that I hear he has matured since the birth of his daughter and at least had the chance to become a man that she’ll be proud to call her dad some day.

I also know that I started to cry my eyes out when I saw that little girl who is not even two, and will have little actual memory of her father when she gets older. She was kinda bobbling around like most 18 month olds do and everyone clapped, she clapped excitedly. She had no clue that they were clapping because someone was eulogizing her father.

How sad is that? Now I’m completely unmotivated. I started to think about how Sydney was that age when she came to live with us, younger when her father died. She doesn’t know him, she never will, and she spent very little time with him when he was alive. There are about 3 photos, and I have them in my possession.

At any rate my daughter will tell you she was a baby so she had to get a new daddy. She needed taken care of and she got a new daddy, and he’s her best daddy. She came up with that on her own after asking Kevin why he didn’t get a new daddy when his died. Not all kids get new daddy’s and that’s what makes me so sad.

I think I’ll cry in my ice cream now.

I think the most annoying thing for me right now is the whole Tony Dungy and “cheater coach” hand shake after the game. At first people were acting like it was Dungy who did the snub, because they said well, it’s a tough loss to hand over. Well, actually it’s Cheater Coach who kinda snubbed the ever so classy Dungy.

I mean come on. Dungy said You Are A Cheater. He compared you to Barry Bonds. Essentially your entire season should have an * beside it. You cheat. You cheat to get what you want. You’re entire organization has a blemish on them because of this. I feel that way about every single team you have beaten this year, at least. I don’t think monetary fines are enough. Not enough to send the message to the world, and the children of the world, that if you have enough money you can do whatever you want to get ahead. That’s essentially what the NFL, The Patriots, and of course Cheater Coach has done.

Now, the second best thing that annoys me is how some people have attempted to turn things that I say around to be about them and attempt to prove me wrong somehow. Newsflash, if it’s not about you, then you don’t have any solid ground to “prove” or “make me look bad” on. If Britney Spears is being slammed in the media for not taking care of her kids and Jessica Simpson pops up and goes uh huh I don’t have kids so see you are wrong then it just makes her look stupid, as it does the stupid people who are doing this right now, as we speak.

We got the movie 300 in the mail today. I am just not interested in this at all. We watched something last week on The History Channel about the real story. The last stand of the 300 I think it was called. While interesting, the movie just looks dull and dreary to me. I was hoping for something animated or fun. We’ve got 4 movies from Blockbuster.com sitting here, I’m not sure why the keep sending us another one I think your limit is 3.

We’ve got Shooter feat. Marky Mark without the Funky Bunch. I’m interested in this one. I think I’ll watch it tomorrow. I have like 6 episodes of Private Practice to watch. I’m tempted to delete them all and just forget it. Obviously if it hasn’t held my attention at this point, it’s not going to.

Actually I think I’ll see what’s on at the movies and go to one tomorrow. I’d go Sunday, but this is apparently the day that the world stops turning for 4 quarters so Tom Brady can be a prick at the RCA Dome.

So today I’m sitting here wondering where all the male professional athletes, who are extremely over paid, get off demanding that they be put on another team. Or traded if you will. I would love to see my husband walk into work tomorrow and say I want to be traded. You guys suck, I don’t like my boss, and since I’m a huge asset to you I think you should give me to someone else. Oh and by the way, eat some money while you are at it.

Is this not the case with Alex R., what’s his face from the Lakers, and Chad Johnson? I could name more, but I would have to give them some extra thought and well they just aren’t worth it. That is exactly what the problem is, people are making them think they are worth too much. Take your millions, play your game, retire and live nicely. Do something you enjoy when you retire. Get over it, you won’t like teammates or coaches. I never like my coworkers they are always stupid and bosses are on a power trip. Big deal it’s a paycheck.

When people start thinking they are so much more valuable then they are there to do a job we have problems. I think we should make them all be stay at home moms for a week.
