Think For Yourself
Wow, so moms who either who work at home contribute nothing to society. I really feel sorry for those of you who don’t do anything but MOM with your days, because you must be lower than I am. What am I talking about? The idiotic rantings of Crys.
Aren’t you missing your opportunity to be neutral and tell him that like yourself I’m a mother and I contribute to society in so many ways?
I’m sorry Ranee, but I have to say it. Call me a TGO ass kissing fence rider if you want… but blogging for money doesn’t contribute anything to society. Its just another waste of space on the internet. And being a mother doesn’t mean you are contributing to society. Remember Shelly from what ever the hell that site was? She was a mother and she didn’t contribute anything to society.
Am I neutral, maybe not as much as I should be. Because Yes, I do think TGO is a dickwad and should keep some of his opinions to himself. But he’s right, if you dont want someone picking on you for stuff you write or pictures you post, THEN DON’T DO IT!
So when I said that about being a mom I was trying to relate to her. I wasn’t attempting to say I’m a mom praise me. I don’t think that at all. I also barely really do blogging for money either so you can get off that kick Crys. It’s been said, it’s been hashed out with many of us, and it’s a mute point. Don’t jump on that bandwagon now, way after the fact.
I honestly could sit here and tell you the reasons that I don’t think being in the military is a wonderful contribution to society, but you happened to pick that one career that everyone is supposed to respect. Actually everyone contributes to society unless they sit in their basement and type all day long. Or lay in their bed and do nothing. It’s my personal opinion that everyone has a contribution because it takes all types of people to make this world work. From the president to the guy making your McMuffin in the morning. If one of them decided to quit then well, someone would have to take their place because they are needed.
I Crys, have chosen to devote my life to children. You know when my child who I want to stay home with goes back to school I’ll be doing the same. I’ll be going for Social Work to work in the system. Not in a school, or a hospital, or some easy little job somewhere. My goal is to actually go remove children from disgusting situations that would make grown men cry and work with their parents and them to make the best thing happen FOR THE CHILD.
I don’t to put myself into school right now and take the last year of Sydney being home with me and write papers all the time, research, study for tests, etc. So I guess I’m contributing nothing to society. Ok, fine with me. You kinda have to lump a bunch of us into that category don’t you? Jenn, Lindsey, etc. We contribute nothing to anyone. Except our kids need us to thrive and our spouses/significant others love to have us around.
Humm I guess if I’m not churning anything out at a factory, slapping pickles on a burger, or sitting at my desk job in the military then I’m worthless. Somehow in my spare time sitting here doing nothing but paid blogging which you’ve done too and stated that if you could make a living doing it you’d gladly sit home with your kids, I am pretty productive. Oh did I mention that the reason I do paid blogging is to be able to shop constantly? Yeah. My shopping habit is out of control and I like to buy clothes, toys, and educational things for my child. I also manage to send the same items, along with daily care needs like soap, tooth paste, and freaking always maxi pads to a 14 year old orphan who from the sounds of her letters thinks I contribute a ton to her world, and that’s enough for me.
My “sitting on my ass and posting for cash” has allowed me to be able to start doing the same thing for a little boy that lives at her orphanage as well. It will also let us sponsor a child to come to our home this summer, and next Christmas, and maybe adopt her. I’m sure if you ask that little girl she’ll tell you that I contribute NOTHING to society.
Can we not forget about the group I started and continue to run for families who are adopting and having a hard time raising the money? How about the cookbook that I wrote, published (with recipes from people in my group), put together, distributed, and sold successfully. Do you know how many people have emailed and sent me photos of the child they brought home with proceeds from that cookbook?
Whilst I’ve done all this I’ve fought like hell for the justice of my child which is a full time job in itself, actually was. That was over a year ago. So excuse me for not running out and finding the first really mundane desk job I could or burger flipping job that would have me. I didn’t really need the money to survive so I didn’t even think of leaving this child to do that. IHOP is hiring, I considered going there to flip pancakes, but why? Just because your version of contributing to society is different than mine?
I’ve uh had a pretty fulfilling life so I’m sorry you don’t feel the same way about me. Sure, I could have left this at a simple, Ok Crys whatever you say. Then, you’d have not had to read the whole damn thing would you? Pleas though, tell me this. What would you like me to do to contribute to society? Would you like me to find some random person who is talking about a girl named Ranee and say she’s stalking me? Would you like me to go back to finding everything I can about Jenn and picking her apart telling her how worthless she is? Or perhaps it’s as simple as me letting Michael have the run of my website again?

I know Crys from way back on another site. She follows the drama. That’s why it is so funny that she says anything about someone else and how they don’t contribute anything. She’s so busy following every last bit of drama what exactly does she contribute? She sits at her job all day long bored and then she goes home and uses her time that she should be spending with her husband and daughters to kiss TGO ass.
Oh that’s another thing. Ranee you need to learn something about Crys. She’ll get involved in the drama and then when someone says something to her she’ll jump onto the bandwagon of the one she thinks is the most ruthless so she doesn’t get picked on. She always has and always will.
Ignore the girl because she’s nothing but a drama whore, and she’s not even a good one.
That Crys girl strikes me as being incredibly unintelligent and dependent on male support. How is working at home not contributing to society? You still pay taxes, thus, contributing quite a bit to society… even to certain people who are undeserving.
I had this whole long rant typed up defending myself, but I figured it would be pointless because I already said what I did and it will be brought up a thousand times before I die. The fact is, we had a difference of opinion.
Am I sorry for what I said to you? No, not really. But I am sorry that it caused this much chaos.
and BTW Krystal, yes I am dependent on male support. I like having a guy there to help and support me.
Crys I’m actually glad you didn’t say much. You said what you said, I said my reply and we should all be able to move on. That’s normally what adults do!
I hope everyone has a Merry Christmas. I logged on to check my comments, I took them off of moderation and for some reason it just won’t work!

Heh, I was thinking that before you said it! Someone please let the government know that paid posting is not worthy of societal contribution so they will not make me file taxes on it this year! Then again it is the government they’d tax the tooth fairy if they could.
By staying at home with my kids I’m ensuring they’re being raised well and not out roaming the streets and wreaking havoc, and possibly growing up to wreak even more havoc. That sounds like a good contribution to society if I ever heard one.
There’s also the little fact that the ethical paid bloggers (myself and Ranee included) pay taxes for the money we earn from paid blogging. That sounds like contributing to society to me!
Anyway, Merry Christmas Ranee!
Another viewpoint on contributing to society: by working at home, I’m cutting down on gas usage and environmental pollution. When I worked outside of the home I went through a tank of gas in a week. Now? A tank of gas lasts me for three weeks. Another WIN for society, and a big fat FAIL for Crys.
ADOPTING a child is contributing to society. Period, end of argument.
And this is just my opinion, but being proud of the fact that you depend on a man is kind of weak. Ben makes twice as much as I do and pays most of the bills and that’s all nice and well, but when I divorced my ex, I did it all on my own. I worked, paid my rent, my bills, for private school for Cassidy, food, all of it all on my own. That’s probably my most proud accomplishment in life and I know that if something happened to Ben tomorrow I’d be able to do it again.
Now michael cohen the pedo is accusing me of stealing my theme which is ridiculous… i credited the original designer in my credits but customized it so much that its basically my theme anyway. i think i’ll be calling the cops xmas day and ruining his xmas for him and his made up family
Keeping with what Jenn said,
I thought about the whole taking a child from foster care. I guess that’s a debt paid to society because I’m not getting paid for the child. I took her, spent my own money on going to court two times with legals fees from two different lawyers, I carry health insurance on her, I meet her daily needs above and beyond, and the state didn’t/doesn’t help me do any of it. YET I could have left her as a foster child for the rest of eternity, something her mother thought was a good idea so I could collect a check on her.
Looking back on it, I guess I should have saved my money and collected $600 plus a month in kinship care until she’s 18 years old. Then I could truly live up to my internet stalkers assumptions of me, oh and have more money to spend on food so I can get fatter cause, that’s the only thing they can attempt to say about me.
I should just start every day with a blog saying I’m not skinny, I don’t work, and my child goes to preschool for 10 hours a week. Then what would they have to pick at? OH, the infertility thing that he’s so far off on he can’t see daylight, but attempted to bring up yet again.

I get your index page. Please stop shutting down your site it just gives him fodder and as fun as it is to watch him stalk you it would be even more fun if you just said what you wanted about him and didn’t go away. We’ll talk about it later. I have to clean the living room up, the presents are opened and I’m just taking a little break. Mainly to get the nasty little “oral sex” comment off my site someone posted.
I can’t believe he spent Christmas Eve going at it with Krystal and posting about Jenn. Sad.
You can read my blog on sponsored posting to see why I think it’s an epic failure and in no way a positive contribution to society.
As for being a mother, it’s contributing something to society, but only if you do it right. People like Jenn who believe that by staying home they’re raising good people (and by going to work they’re raising hardened criminals) are not contributing to society, they shouldn’t be allowed near children in the first place. Do you need a job to be a good mother? No, as long as you’re fulfilling your own needs and meeting your potential, sitting home on your ass doing PPP is hardly fulfilling your own needs or meeting your potential (I’m not implying that’s what you do, I’m generally speaking). Providing a stable home for your children where they don’t have to bundle up inside or go without food, a roof over their heads, hot water, electricity or an education is not contributing to society. Doing all those things and living your own life, beyond your children and computer, is contributing something worthwhile to society. Don’t just assume that because you popped out a few bellyfruit you’re somehow automatically making this awesome contribution to society (again, generally speaking). You’re not.
It wasn’t TGO, dumbass. It was Tiffany and since it was my writing you stole I’m inclined to agree with her (and the person who thought it sounded familiar). As for Brent’s layout, well it is Brent’s layout, editing it slightly (it still looked like his) doesn’t give you the right to remove credit and call it your own. How can anyone believe you!? Honestly, Ranee, you seem to like/believe in her, how?
Becky,
I can’t believe you had that much time on your hands on Christmas Day. We could all spout off our opinions of each other, but that would take more precious time out of this once a year time that I’m not willing to give you.
I approved my comments, and I see you saying I believe in Krystal. I’m not sure what you mean by that. I like to save “believing” in people for those I can actually reach out and touch. The fact that I’m not hanging on her every word because of her past actions and I’m not attempting to have a popular e-feud with anyone means nothing more than what it is.
Actually, there was credit to Brent on the links page. If you weren’t a lazy cow and looked, you would have seen that, MORON.
Krystal,
What’s funny is none of it has anything to do with my site or the blog entry, but apparently e-stalking is ok in some cases and not others.
Oh lol, the “you don’t have a life” card, haven’t you got anything better? I use both fingers to type and two measly paragraphs doesn’t take that long. Phail, please try again. I hope you’re not referring to me stalking anyone, that’d be pathetic, even for you.
Krystal, I did look on the credits page and whilst Brent was in the links section, he was not credited for the layout. Oh and Ranee, the thread of discussion concerning Krystal and my site was opened by Krystal
Becky,
I don’t know enough about you to care if you stalk anyone. That includes reading your site, I haven’t even clicked your link yet. I just haven’t had time.
Humm let’s see what else? Phail is not a word. I was talking about the discussion here about Crys and stay at home moms it had nothing to do with Krystal that I could remember and yet somehow it got that way.
IF someone blogs about every move Krystal makes then no they have no life. I should have just deleted your comment or held it til tomorrow because what it made me feel was sad that someone was so angry on Christmas Day despite how long it took to type out.
Now, with that said I don’t know you, I’ve never been to your site, and if you want to talk about something else besides Krystal let’s go for it. KRYSTAL is not the focus of my site and when I did go there it said the domain was bought by someone named Jenn.
Ranee, take my advice: ignore Becky. Like Michael Cohen, she comes around only to find fodder for drama. She isn’t worth your time. She also isn’t worth mine, which is why I pay no attention to her, with the exception of acknowledging her presence here on your website.
So anyway, how was your Christmas?!

I haven’t even been to the girls site, but apparently I’m supposed to know this whole history of some drama I don’t care about. I wondered if she was a former troublemaker by the way she seemed to bash you more than me at the start.
My Christmas was WONDERFUL! Lots of changes this year which was weird, but as far as my little family goes, all was great. And you?
Oh Boy! Another minion following Krystal around to other people’s sites and starting junk in comments. That’s what the world needed.
The truth is that Becky is a total bitch, there isn’t much more to say about her. Ranee, please ignore the woman or she’ll just hang around and babble. Just like Jenn said, much like Michael C.
Honestly, neither of them could have much going on in their life. I don’t care how fast you type Becky, you wrote half a book about Krystal on Christmas, on a site, that at least I have never seen you comment on before. Correct me if I’m wrong there Ranee.
Michael C. remains an internet predator in many, many different ways and Crys looks to be his newest pawn/follower. Unfortunately she fails miserably because she makes herself look more stupid by saying things like being a mom isn’t contributing anything.
I don’t know about you guys, but I’ve got children and I’m not going to let them run out and play in the street just to see if I can contribute to society a little better.
Merry Christmas a day late, Ranee! Sorry I didn’t get around to say it before and I hope you had a great day!
If some people think that being a good mother doesn’t contribute anything to society or that PPP is an evil bad thing I really couldn’t give two shits. I know what I am doing in my life, I know that raising a well behaved, intelligent and productive child is contributing a hell of a lot to society especially since most kids now a days are mouthy little hellions.
Thanks for sharing
I’d prefer reading in my native language, because my knowledge of your languange is no so well. But it was interesting! Look for some my links:
