How To Be A Better Golfer
Step One…
Decide that you can excel physically at the game of golf and dedicate time to being the best you can be. Don’t forget to keep in mind that you will also need to excel at this game mentally as well because most of the game is a mental battle.
Step Two…
Pick a professional golfer to model yourself after. For the purpose of this post we’re going to go with Justin Rose, a young member of the PGA tour who uses TaylorMade brand golf clubs. After choosing your initial pro golfer to model yourself after you should then purchase some cool golf clothes and clubs to get you started.
Step Three…
As you mature at the game of golf and your interest peaks marry a really cool woman who scores a free TaylorMade Burner driver for you to review. Fall deeply in love, with the driver, and keep if forever. Honestly, I have never seen my husband more happy about something so small.
Ok, it’s not small it is actually very, very long and has a gorgeous head. I’m talking about the TaylorMade Burner Driver that we received from TheWorldOfGolf.com to try out in January. He was so excited that he was willing to go out in February and try that golf club out, no if’s, and’s, or but’s about it. The ground was frozen and the wind was blustery. So much so that unfortunately you hear the wind better than you do him talking. Oh well, one broken tee later from a frozen ground and a numb finger from me shooting the video and he’s found his Valentine this year.
I can’t really thank TheWorldOfGolf.com enough for this little present that arrived on my birthday! Check out the actual Burner and see for yourself what it looks like. Then, check out my video and see how my husband compares it to one of his other clubs. I’ll also be posting his reaction, from our living room, where it is NOT 10 degrees and just recovering from an ice storm later on. I’m going to dig deep into the subject of Whether A More Expensive Club Is Worth It Or Not in that post. Basically I’ll be comparing various priced clubs from a backseat view and letting the world of golfers out there know just what I think about blowing a good chunk of change on something like a golf club.
Stay tuned.
